At Transition Power, safety is something we make sure is always the most important thing we day in and day out. We make sure our employees are trained and updated on all aspects of safety to ensure we build a culture of safety from day one.
Transition Power, LLC ensures that all new hires are aware of the safety program and, through interactive discussion or practical demonstration, be assured that the new hire understands the safety policies and procedures that pertain to the actual work the new hire will perform. Our company conducts scheduled safety meetings to focus attention on major safety
topics and to continue building on the safety foundation on a day to day basis.
Our JSA/JHA is done on a tablet and can be customized to make sure we are covering all areas of each specific job task. Every crew member is required to sign the JSA/JHA and we promote every FTE to create and give the JSA/JHA.
All employees are required to submit observations daily whether negative or positive in order to give us critical information coming directly from the field. This helps create discussions on such topics and paves the way for interaction and safety growth.
All our inspections are done on a tablet and gives our fleet department real time data that helps ensure we are always on top of our equipment.
With every JHA there is a safety meeting which is all done on a tablet and records date, time , discussion, attendees, and can all be sent within seconds of completing the meeting.
